At Scotch Hall Shopping Centre, we offer a wide selection of amenities and services to ensure you enjoy a very pleasant shopping experience.

ChildSafe Programme

ChildSafe Zones

The ChildSafe programme aims to help re-unite children with their parent or guardian if they should become lost at Scotch Hall Shopping Centre.

Scotch Hall is one of a growing number of shopping centres around the country to implement the Child Safe Zones initiative. Bright window stickers and posters in the centre indicate an emergency number to ring to help parents and children communicate quickly with the centre's security staff. Anyone who finds a lost child can also ring the number.

Parents and guardians are also being offered free wristbands for their children to wear carrying their contact mobile number.

Customer Information Desk

The Customer Information Desk is located on Level 1 outside BB's. The Customer Information Desk operates during all shopping centre hours and provides customers with shop information, gift cards, and information regarding upcoming promotions and other requested services.

ATMs

There are four ATMs currently available at Scotch Hall. Two are located in Dunnes Stores (one on each level). Two additional machines are located at either end of the shopping centre on the ground floor next to the escalators.

Toilets

Public toilets and baby changing rooms are located on level G behind Sweet Factory.

Public Telephones

There are several public telephones available at Scotch Hall on the ground floor behind Kylemore.

Internet Access

Internet access is available on the ground floor behind Kylemore. This is a pay as you go service and is operated by an independent vendor. See unit for full details.

Lost & Found

Any lost or found items are logged in with the Customer Information Desk located on level 1, next to BB's.

Taxi Service

Taxi rank can be found at the New Road entrance to the shopping centre.

Copy & Fax Services

Fax and photocopy services are available at the Customer Information Desk located on level 1, next to BB's.

An Post

Located on level 1 beside the customer service desk and BB's.
