The Customer Information Desk is located on Level 1. The Customer Information Desk operates during all shopping centre hours and provides customers with shop information, gift cards, and information regarding upcoming promotions and other requested services.
There are two ATMs currently available at Scotch Hall. They are both located on the ground floor, each end of the mall, beside the escalators.

Public toilets and baby changing rooms are located on the Ground Floor.
There are several public telephones available at Scotch Hall on the ground floor behind Kylemore.
There is free Wi-Fi available in the Food Court area: Kylemore, BB’s, Insomnia.
Any lost or found items are logged in with the Customer Information Desk located on level 1.
Taxi rank can be found at the New Street entrance to the shopping centre.
Located on level 1 beside the customer service desk.
An Post has removed the postal kiosk from operation in the Centre.
Please note that the post box shall remain on site and postal collections shall continue as normal. 68c stamps will be available for purchase in Hallmark on the ground floor.
