There are two ATMs currently available at Scotch Hall. One is located on the ground floor across EuroGiant the other is on first floor outside Permanent TSB, opposite centre mall lifts.
Public toilets are located on the Ground Floor centre mall and baby changing rooms can be found on First Floor beside travellators centre mall.
There are several public telephones available at Scotch Hall on the ground floor behind Kylemore.
There is free Wi-Fi available in the Food Court area: Starbucks, Abrakebabra, BB’s, Insomnia.
Any lost or found items are logged in with the Management Suite located on level 1 opposite Monsoon.
Taxi rank can be found at the New Street entrance to the shopping centre.
Located on level 1 beside BB’s Coffee & Muffins.
