Scotch Hall Brings the Magic to Boyne Midsummer Festival 2026
Scotch Hall was delighted to once again be part of one of Drogheda’s most-loved summer celebrations, welcoming families from across the region for two unforgettable afternoons of fun, laughter and community spirit.
Our Pirates & Princesses Event transformed the riverside into a world of adventure, where little princes, princesses, pirates and explorers stepped into a magical experience filled with excitement.
Families enjoyed a fantastic line-up of free activities including:
- Princess and pirate meet-and-greets
- Face painting
- Arts & crafts
- Family games
- Magic entertainment
- Live music
- Fancy dress fun
- Great prizes
- Delicious food vendors
From colourful costumes and painted faces to treasure hunts and magical moments, it was wonderful to see so many smiling faces throughout the weekend. The atmosphere was filled with joy as children proudly showed off their pirate hats, princess gowns and creative face paint while making memories with family and friends. A very special thank you goes to Comhaltas, Martin the Magician and the Loving Life Choir, whose wonderful performances added something truly special to the events. Their energy and talent created a fantastic atmosphere that was enjoyed by everyone.
